Employment Service

One of the greatest headaches for employers in the 21st century is the growth of pieces of legislation which affect the manner in which they employ their workforce. In the 1970’s we had Sex Discrimination legislation and it remained the only anti-discrimination legislation for many years. Now in quick succession we have had the introduction of legislation banning racial discrimination, gender discrimination, age discrimination, indeed any form of discrimination. While the principles and motives behind all of this legislation has been laudable, the manner in which much of it has been introduced has created a minefield in which most employers fear to tread.
